Worst nighmare
This is my worst nightmare. Oddly enough, the dog gets into my stash more often than the cats. BUT, Suzie likes to chew yarn on her back teeth and annihilate them. She often does this with my WIPs. She cuts my working yarn, and when I pick up my project again I find that my ball of yarn doesn't connect to my project anymore. :| It's very annoying.

Nearly finished
Tomorrow I'll be finishing the last part of my kit for Olive. I just finished wrapping everything. Today I bought her some last minute goodies. I've even included a special surprise for someone smarmy! I didn't realize how much I got her, since I accumulated it all over time. But, WOW, is she going to be spoiled!!! I took pictures of all of the small stuff together to send to the Best Kits coordinator, but I won't send them until I have the pictures of the finished bag. If I can get the bag done early enough, hopefully I'll be able to send my kit tomorrow!!! (Damn the changed kit deadline, I could have still had the DA badge :<)

I also just bought a skein of 100% Silk yarn that is TO DIE FOR. I can't stop touching it. I just wound it into a yarn cake today, and I was ready to cry because somehow it got a really bad knot in it. I spent 2 hours getting the knot out :< But now it's a started project! I have to share the shawl with my mom because she wouldn't stop touching it either, LOL. When I showed it to her she said, "And what are you making for me out of that?"

Snakes on a plane!
Oh, sorry, my apologies. There's only my pet snake slithering around the Common Room. She's just a mere baby right now, but she's growing quickly! (ie: she's a work in progress, but she will be awesome when I'm finished) My other projects are coming along. I would most likely finish more if I didn't start so many all at once! I was almost finished my two bookmarks, but Peeves stole them from me and unravelled both of them! I'll seek revenge on him later.

I wish I could make it to the Common Room party tonight, but I have a class I can't skip :c I've got such a busy day in front of me. I have to run some errands, go to class, go to work, and go to class until 8:15PM! I spent most of the day at the hospital yesterday because my younger brother hurt his back at football practice. I'm glad it wasn't a cracked rib, just a badly bruised muscle. The day before my puppy decided to eat a whole box of chocolate! We had to rush her to the animal hospital and they made her vomit it all up. They said it was the biggest hunk of chocolate they'd ever seen. She only had half of the toxic dose, though, so she wasn't in danger. She's completely back to normal, and hasn't learned her lesson at all!

  • Knit Picks Options Nickel plated needles size 8

  • Tea; I love sweet teas like chamomille, earl grey, ginger, etc
  • Pens; I like cool pens, I don't know why, I just do. I steal all of the good ones from the office I work at haha!
  • ANYTHING DISNEY. Especially Alice in Wonderland (specifically Alice, Mad Hatter, or Cheshire Cat); Beauty and the Beast; Little Mermaid; Sleeping Beauty; Cars; Wall-E; Eeyore or Tigger

  • Photography. I'm a huuuuuuge fan of photography. I love stock photos.
